Student Club and Organization Leadership Team

Each student club or organization is managed by a leadership team of students. Team members are selected or elected by the club’s official members. Students who wish to join the leadership team must meet certain requirements and qualifications.

Student Club or Organization Bylaw

The club or organization Bylaw is one of the most important documents that helps the leadership team manage the club in an organized and professional way. It includes the rules and regulations that all leaders and members must follow. The bylaw also explains the official leadership structure and is a required document for the approval of any student club or organization at Qatar University.

Student Club or Organization Advisor

The advisor supports and guides the leadership team to help the club or organization achieve its goals and manage its relationships with members and partners effectively. It is recommended that the advisor has experience and interest in the club’s field of work. The advisor may be a Qatar University faculty member, an administrative staff member, or a representative from a partner organization that has an agreement with Qatar University and shares the club’s goals. The leadership team should carefully choose an advisor who has the experience, interest, and time to support the club’s mission.

Annual Student Clubs and Organizations Fair

The Annual Student Clubs and Organizations Fair ( Multaqa ) is an important event that brings student clubs and organizations together in one place. It encourages students to become more involved in university life by introducing clubs with different goals and interests.

The fair creates a space for creative ideas and student initiatives within the Qatar University community. It helps clubs promote their activities, showcase their achievements and success stories, and attract new members.
