Q. How can students send their test scores to Qatar University?
A. To send scores to Qatar University Testing Center:
ACT: Please log in to your ACT account and send scores to us. Qatar University’s recipient code to send ACT scores is 5305.
TOEFL iBT: Please log in to your TOEFL iBT account and send scores to us. Qatar University’s recipient code to send TOEFL iBT scores is 8943.
SAT: Please log in to your SAT College Board account and send scores to us. Qatar University’s recipient code to send SAT scores is 5264.
GRE: Please log in to your GRE account and send scores to us. Qatar University’s recipient code to send GRE scores is 7569.

Q. Is there a specific date for registering for an exam?
A. Registration date for each exam is announced via Qatar University’s broadcast system and via
the test schedules pages. Specific information on the registration date can be obtained by calling our Student Services Coordinators: + (974) 4403-5522.
Q. How long are test scores valid for?
A. Please click on the validation period of test scores to get the period of each test score. Note that a test score is no longer valid if it is older than the validity period from the start of the first day of the intended class. Students with scores older than the validity period must retake the test.

- *Candidate must bring the original required ID document. Candidates are not allowed to test without presenting their valid original ID as per test requirements. Photocopies of the ID are not considered valid ID for a test.
Q. What is the difference between ACT Residual and ACT International?
A. ACT Residual in an institutional test, and the scores are valid for that institution only. However, ACT International is an international test and the test scores are accepted globally. Qatar University doesn’t accept ACT Residual test scores.
Q. Are calculators allowed in the ACT & QU-Placer Math tests?
A. Calculators are allowed in the ACT International tests as per the policy by the test provider. Please check ACT’s website for a complete of list of prohibited calculators.
For the QU-Placer Math Test, the Center provides a calculator (Casio Fx-570ES Plus or Similar Model) for each Student.
Q. Are there any test preparation training programs provided by Qatar University?
A. Yes, we do have training programs for the IELTS, ACT, GMAT, and GRE tests. Training programs at Qatar University are offered by the Community Service and Continuing Education Center. For more information, please

Q. How can I assign someone on my behalf to collect a certificate/test score report from Qatar University Testing Center?

Q: Is the IELTS Indicator online test acceptable by Qatar University?
A: No, it is not acceptable by Qatar University.
