To be eligible for the Executive Master's in Leadership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent (or higher) with a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale, in accordance with Qatar University's unified policy for executive graduate programs.
- Be employed full-time during the program.
- Possess the required years of professional experience as determined by Qatar University.
- Submit a letter from their direct supervisor confirming the student's ability to commit adequate time to complete the program.
- Successfully pass an admission interview with the selection committee, and submit a written response to a prompt provided at the end of the interview.
- Admission deferrals are not permitted.
Graduation Requirements
Students are evaluated at multiple stages throughout the program to ensure they meet progression requirements. In the case of failure in any course, Qatar University's academic policies and graduate studies regulations apply.
The final list of graduates is approved by the Office of the Assistant Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at the College of Business and Economics and then submitted to the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies at Qatar University. Graduation is confirmed after verifying that all program requirements have been successfully completed.
