Recourse Usage Conditions
The Lead Principal Investigator (LPI) of the project agrees that:

The requested resources will be used solely for the research project(s) specified in this request.

All required approvals, including IRB or other applicable ethics approvals, have been obtained prior to using these resources.

They accept full responsibility for the use of these resources by all members of the research team and will ensure compliance with the approved project scope and all applicable policies.

All data stored, processed, or analyzed using these resources has been lawfully obtained and will be handled in accordance with Qatar University's data protection, privacy, and research governance policies.

All project members will comply with Qatar University's IT security, acceptable use, and data-handling policies.

IT Services will be promptly notified of any significant changes to the project scope or resource requirements.

The requested resources will not be used for cryptocurrency mining or any unauthorized activities.

They acknowledge that IT Services does not provide data backup by default and are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups or requesting backup support if required.
Research Outputs and Reporting Requirements
The provided resources are granted as research support. In this spirit, Lead Principal Investigators (LPIs) are required to:

Submit periodic reports, as requested by the Research Office, outlining the progress and outcomes of their research projects.

Present their projects and findings at the annual research forum organized by the Research Office.
